He still responded WITHIN MINUTES and promised to send the receipt when he could get to his computer later that night. I had a copy of my receipt that same evening! You see, roofing is a job that people do once every twenty years. Failing to respond to me doesn’t mean he won’t get the work next year because I probably won’t need his services for a very long time. Yet, this is what you get with Shield Roofing. They do what they say and then they do more. They check back to make sure there were no problems and that you were 100% satisfied.
